Here is where you can apply for any sort of special power.  If it is listed below, you need to apply for it, otherwise for any particular special power, ask staff before implementing it in character.

Any power with a level of mastery has these restrictions:
Novices can be any age, Intermediate must be 4th year and higher, and Masters must be 6th year and higher.
